ABOUT OUR GAME
We breed and raise our own game, including wild boar and white tail deer. We believe it is important to maintain our own herd for several reasons.
First, because our game is born and raised here, we can ensure that they eat only natural grain and natural forage. They do not consume chemicals.
Second, our game knows every inch of their terrain because they run wild. At other ranches, animals are imported just before your hunt, leaving them confused by unfamiliar surroundings, and thus easy to bag. Our game gives hunters a real challenge.
Third, because our game runs wild, they are not accustomed to humans, as game often is at other ranches. At County Line Game Ranch, if a wild hog picks up human scent or sees you -- the chase is on! County Line Game Ranch is not a petting zoo.
Fourth, our White Tail deer population may be considered unlimited. They are not caged, so we cannot get an accurate count. But, as a result of our management practices, we see many trophy-size bucks and quite a few "jumbo" sized bucks running the woods.
